Your voice. Your Island. Your Future

Tynwald day is a reminder of who we are as a nation and the values that have shaped the Isle of Man for generations - community, fairness, openness and the belief that people should have a voice in the decisions that effect their lives.

As someone born and raised in the south of the island, I’ve always felt strongly that our landscapes, our heritage and our communities are not things we simply inherit - we hold them in trust for future generations.

Today was a powerful reminder of how much people care about the future of our island - standing together, a sea of banners and respectful voices.

Whether it’s concerns around development, our environment, our communities or the future direction of the island, people deserve to know that their voices matter.

My values are simple, honesty, accountability, fairness and respect.  I believe leadership is about listening first, being open and transparent, and remembering who you are there to serve.

If elected, my responsibility would be to represent the people who put me there. I would listen, I would engage, and I would make sure your voice is heard.
